Caddick Construction Ltd is the company we have procured to deliver the works. The project is registered under the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
Work has been ongoing since summer 2024 and we are due to welcome tenants in September 2025.
Applications for the apartments are set to open in June and a show apartment will be available to view.
Over the course of the project the local community has been supported and jobs and training opportunities have been offered to people looking to learn new skills or enhance thier careers.
